Scott Sahli is the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Olympic-style Weightlifting Coach at Burnsville High School. Sahli coordinates and trains 19 athletic teams at Burnsville High School. His Olympic-style Weightlifting Team won seven consecutive Minnesota State High School Team Championships and won all meets for six consecutive years.
Coach Sahli is a two-time Minnesota High School Strength Coach of the year and has helped coach Team Minnesota’s National Weightlifting Team to two 2nd Place and three 3rd Place finishes in the last five years.
The nationally known weightlifting clinician has been the State Director for the Minnesota NSCA for the last six years and was named the State Director of the Year for the NSCA in 2008. Sahli is the co-author of two DVD’s on weightlifting and also coached Hannah Means in the 2004 USA Olympic Team Trials for Weightlifting.

Dr. Meadors is nationally recognized in the field of Strength & Conditioning as well as being one of the most respected. Dr. Meadors has been a pioneer in the field of Strength & Conditioning for athletic performance and youth strength training. Dr. Meadors spent over 38 years in the field of Education as a teacher and coach in the Burnsville school district.
Dr. Meadors has to his credit 45 years of training athletes from the professional level down to the youth level. During that time Dr. Meadors was honored as Teacher of the Year in 1992, and was the National Strength & Conditioning (NSCA) Professional of the Year in 2003, and the MinnesotaNSCA Professional Strength Coach of the Year in 1992. Dr. Meadors holds a PhD. from the University of Utah.
Dr. Meadors is certified with distinction from the National Strength & Conditioning Association CSCS*D, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer with Distinction with the NSCA-CPT*D. Dr. Meadors is also certified as a senior coach with USA Weightlifting. Coach Meadors has also served on the Governor’s Council on Fitness & Sport from 1991-1998, he has served on theNSCA High School Committee from 1994 to Present, and has been a consultant for the Minnesota Department of Education.
Dr. Meadors has served as a guest lecturer for numerous colleges including: Metro State, University of Denver, St. Cloud State University, St. Olaf College, Minnesota State Mankato and Slippery Rock College in Pennsylvania. Dr. Meadors is no stranger to hockey having started the Meadors Hockey Training Institute in 1996. Dr. Meadors also serves as an instructor for the Minnesota School of Business School of Exercise Science, and has served as a strength & conditioning trainer for the members of the Minneapolis SWAT Team.
